Students are our priority at KCA University Western Campus- Kisumu, it is in that regard we have a Student Affairs Office to cater solely for the needs of the students. The most important function of the Student Affairs Office has is to ensure that the institution’s atmosphere is conducive for learning. This is possible through the provided structure by the outlines university guidelines that govern the harmonious running of the campus, they include:

• Encouraging the development of a student culture that encourages exercise of leadership, respect for diversity and the traditions of the university, and responsibility for personal actions.
• Ensuring that maintenance of cordial relations among the various student groups and the student body as a whole, to ensure that they obtain maximum benefit from their university experience.
• Ensuring that any disciplinary actions imposed on any student(s) by the recognized authority of the university are compiled with.
