Nancy Okumbe is a highly experienced and accomplished Certified Human Resource Professional with over 12 years of expertise in HR management and administration. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach in various roles.
Nancy has served KCA University in multiple capacities, including as an Examinations Coordinator, HR Administrator, and Acting Deputy Director. In her role as Campus Administrator for the Western Campus, she effectively oversaw critical operations and contributed to the Campus growth and efficiency. Currently, she serves as the Campus Administrator for the Town Campus, where she continues to exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills to enhance campus management and operations.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Nancy is a dedicated part-time lecturer, specializing in facilitating courses in Human Resource Management. Her ability to blend academic insights with practical HR expertise underscores her commitment to developing future professionals in the field.
