The Red Cross Club members of KCA University Town Campus represented the institution during the Nairobi Region Kenya Red cross competition held at Parklands Field office located at City Park on 16th July 2022.
Our students emerged as the 1st runners-up in the chapter’s category. The main objective of This competition which was organized by the Kenya Red Cross Society was to assess and sharpen basic first aid skills among the members and enhance teamwork among them.
KCAU Red Cross Club Patron, Mr. Richard Okoth was very instrumental in supporting the students in this endeavor. He stated that “Such an initiative is important in a student’s life because it imparts life skills, interpersonal skills and also trains them in managing emergency situations if and when they present themselves”. We wish to congratulate the club members and encourage them to participate in more competitions to develop themselves and keep our flag flying high.
