As the Academic and Research Coordinator, I am currently working alongside the Campus Director, Deans, Department Chairs, and administrative staff to strengthen academic standards, enhance research engagement, and improve student outcomes at the Town Campus. I am leading the academic division in promoting a vibrant learning environment where quality teaching, student support, and innovation intersect to produce graduates who are globally competitive and locally impactful. As KCA University Town Campus, we are continuously delivering flexible academic programs tailored to the evolving needs of students and industry. We are also enriching student life through co-curricular opportunities, faculty mentorship, and access to modern learning resources.

Objectives of the Academic and Research Office – Town Campus

  1. Promoting academic excellence by ensuring consistent teaching quality, robust curricula, and effective learning experiences across all programs.
  2. Improving student success and retention by developing academic support systems that are enabling more students to perform better and complete their studies on time.
  3. Ensuring efficient academic operations by streamlining admissions, coordinating assessments, and resolving academic record issues in collaboration with schools and departments.
  4. Enhancing the quality of teaching and faculty engagement by supervising instructional activities and supporting continuous academic development at the Town Campus.
  5. Strengthening research and innovation by guiding faculty and students in meaningful research, supervising projects, and organizing training that builds research capacity.
  6. Expanding access to learning resources by collaborating with library staff to continuously improve access to current and relevant academic materials.
  7. Supporting effective campus administration by supervising academic support units to ensure students are receiving responsive, coordinated, and high-quality services.
